As a Retirement Plan Specialist and Financial Representative with the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network Theodore Brakatselos is focusing his practice on corporate retirement plans; particularly 401(k) plans, as well as business and individual financial needs.  Theodore has over twenty years of experience in the retirement plan market and has assisted plan sponsors with retirement plan issues, and with their investment needs. Theodore Brakatselos has held various positions in well-known financial institutions, including Merrill Lynch, UBS, and the Dreyfus Corporation. Some of his most notable positions held at these firms are highlighted as follows: at Dreyfus, Theodore Brakatselos was a vice-president responsible for representing the firm's investment capabilities to national employee benefit consulting firms. At Merrill Lynch, he was director of the firm's 401(k) investment services group, responsible for offering and screening roughly one thousand mutual funds that were made available to its retirement plan clients, as well as managing the team of investment specialists whose role was to consult with plan trustees in the review of plan investment menu designs and options. At UBS, Theodore led the effort to develop a retirement plan sales and investment product strategy for the company's asset management division.  Theodore is a member of the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors (NAIFA).

Theodore Brakatselos has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, and currently hosts a biweekly radio program where he discusses financial matters for both individual and business needs on a public radio station broadcasting in the New York City tri-state area.
